Ok, so I have so new health insurance and I'd like to give some new diagnostics a try. I am NOT taking any more antibiotics until I go through a new diagnostic set.

What got me thinking about this is that I have never had my semen tested before and wonder what other tests I should try.

Here is what I have had done:
1. EPS screen via PCR
2. EPS screen via Culture
3. Dipstick (that hurt like hell don't want to do again)
4. Ultrasound

Things I should try:
1. Semen analysis for bacteria
2. MRI
3. New ultrasound

What other diagnostic should I consider?

What is a "complete" diagnostic set?

Does it make sense to visit an infectious disease doctor? Again, my membership to the tribe was gained via a dodgy BJ that resulted in a mycoplasma H and ureaplasma U infection. Perhaps get my semen tested for some parasitical bacteria and other odd bacteria (friend pointed out the CSW I was with and the city I was in means she could have picked up something from anywhere in the world....comforting thought.)
