Post For those with pain, what time of day is worse?
I rarely have pain in the morning or afternoon. Mine usually starts after 6pm. It’s usually is no more than 5 on a pain scale, although on some occasions it can be higher but never bad enough to require anything more than OTC meds. So activity seems to bring it on making exercise, other than walking, a bad idea for me. Just curious what the worst time of day is for others.

My pain builds through the day. Mornings are the best time for me and it builds to the maximum about 5-6pm, to bed time - and starts all over again the next day.

Mine starts mid morning, and like you, builds in intensity
throughout the day. Usually goes down at night but not always

Mornings usually, pain in bladder area that I have to get out of bed because of it and burning urethra while peeing.
Throughout the day I'm drinking lots of herbal tea, and the pain goes down.
