June 2018: Urinary urge/frequency started, took bactrim and they went away within 2 days.
August 2019: Urinary urge/frequency symptoms started again and haven't gone away. Had cystoscopy, prostate sonogram (showed calcifications), and pelvic MRI. All showed everything normal in prostate/bladder. I've taken bactrim, levoquin, and doxycycline. None changed symptoms. I took Myrbetriq and Flomax with minor rlief.Went to pelvic floor therapist and they said my pelvic floor didn't seem to have anything particularly wrong with it (I'm active/weight lifter). Convinced a urologist to give me a prostate massage and that relieved symptoms about 50%. First thing to actually give relief.
Got prostate secretion and semen test. Showed low amounts of: Staphylococcus lugdunensis, Corynebacterium tuberculostearicum, Pseudomonas fluorescens NGS,Enterobacter cloacae. On a cocktail of antibiotics to treat them but they don't seem to be doing much. I'm 35 and otherwise very fit/healthy. Tried elimination diets and don't drink coffee or alcohol.
