I am a professor and have been dealing with this unknown cause prostate infection for about 12 years now
Now the doctor found air in my pelvis and an epididymal cyst. I've had horrific shooting pain for a month now and did 2 courses of antibiotics which worked very slowly but am still in bad throbbing pain
12 years ago I did 2 months of antibiotics and the pain went away slowly but my prostate showed severe infection with high wbc

I tried injecting the pelvis with clindamycin gel a month ago and soon after had horrific vomiting nausea and shooting pain, guess it is resistance and other pathogen adapatations
