Post New Member, Could Someone Please Assist?
Hello, I was wondering if someone could help me with my issue. I am 40 years old I have constant pain in my penis and testicles. The pain seems to be radiating from my prostate. The pain is extremely intense for days after ejaculation, so I avoid ejaculation now. I have no problems with urinating. In fact urination seems to relieve symptoms. The pain first started at a particular time a year ago. I had been experimenting with Clomid, boosting my testosterone. I had stopped because I had moved. I didn't masturbate for possibly 3 weeks. I took both a Clomid again after I unpacked it, and a Cialis, which I just gotten to experiment with. Immediately after my orgasm, I had intense pain, which has not subsided in a year.

I have seen two urologists and two neurologists, as I have pain issues throughout other parts of my body as well (arms and legs). Two EMG's found no issues. One urologist diagnosed me with BPH after a cytoscopy. The other urologist diagnosed me with Chronic Pelvic Pain Syndrome. I took antibiotics. I had a PNI injection in my ilinoingular nerve, which is not helping at all. I have been taking small doses of Lyrica and Gabapentin, and was just prescribed 100 mg of Lyrica, which doesn't seem to help. One doctor tried to schedule an MRI, but it was denied by my insurance, because they seem to want to see physical therapy tried first, which I haven't done yet. I have no hopes of a romantic relationship with this issue, as sex would be too painful.

Hello,
what antibiotics you took?
One true fact is that each one has a special antibiotic that works. not for a cure but to feel much better.
And this medicine alwayssssss works immediately. So if you take for example levaquin and it doesn't work in 3 days then is useless to take it for a month. In my case I recover almost next day with amoxicilin+clarithromycin, others may recover immediately with ciprofloxacin, and others with some others but the effect is almost immediately.
Now because I don't recommend just taking random medication, I suggest you start checking other problems you have, for example in my case I was having prostate issues but instead checked for other diseases in my body and one doctor found helicobacter pyrolis. So I was prescribed medicines to kill helicobacter and luckily it immediately helped me with prostate discomfort.. But of course this is not cure it just removes the pain for some time but it will slowly come back one day in the future and if it comes back soon (2, 3 months) then retake the medicine that helped you and it may work again....sometimes not sometimes yes.. is difficult path....
But please one big advice is, if your doctor tells you to take one medicine for 3 months or 2 and it is not working at all an you think it will work at the end,, no way, just stop, the medicine for you must work instantly, as much in 3 days.
I do believe in antibiotic combination to be very efficient but you cannot do it randomly, that's the issue, and more research is needed
