I'm still making sense of my recent diagnosis here. I'm surprised that my bladder control still seems fine, when that is one of the most common symptoms. I'm noticing a weaker urine stream ... but I can go for hours without needing to pass water. Maybe because I started off with large bladder capacity anyway!

So am I right that it's possible to have an inflamed and painful prostate that doesn't press into the bladder ?
