I would try to convince the doctor to prescribe 6 weeks.
I wouldn't be so excited about Fosfomycin though. It's usually used to treat urinary tract infections and not chronic infections in the prostate. I used it in the past and it didn't work.
Thanks for the advice, I have tried contacting my doctor. If its not working out, I need to buy from a pharmacy. Anyone know a pharmacy to buy from?
There are only one way to determine if Fosfomycin works;
1) The identified bacteria from lab test before treatment isn't showing up after treatment.
2) Close to zero WBC in semen after treatment.
3) No inflammation showing on ultrasound after treatment.
4) Urgency and urin flow back to normal.
5) All other symptoms back to normal treatment.
