Does anyone have any experience getting a semen analysis for fertility purposes while dealing with this condition? Did you have elevated WBC's? if so, did it cause decreased sperm mobility and raise a red flag? Were you able to conceive naturally? My case has not been proven bacterial, and I do not have recurring UTI's but I'm concerned about WBC's showing up on the analysis, even if it's just from inflammation.

I cannot answer your question, but I am going to have my sperm tested and need to know more about how to go about this - should I go to an infectious disease doctor or my current uro or maybe a fertility clinic?

I have never had my WBC tested either but perhaps I should.

Going to do some more diagnostics - as my case started with bacteria (mycoplasma h and ureaplasma u) I personally think it is worth investigating more before I give up on the diagnostics.
