Post Some people recommend Marihuana...
The following is for those who never took it.

I tell you what will happen: you will like it. Maybe it eases your pain. But once the effect is gone mentally and pain wise, you want to repeat it. Now you get even further from healing, you developed a new addiction congratulations.

The amount of naivety that doctors have who tell patients with prostatitis and therefore limited judgement that marihuana helps them makes me want to punch those doctors - who, of course, would NEVER take it. Just like they would never taky lyrica or similar. But hey, just take it, you will feel better, don't think about tomorrow.

What doctors who prescribe lyrica and marihuana are actually saying by this is: you will never heal. So take something against the pain, so you can endure the rest of your life with your faulty body.

We are better than that. Just like those doctors, who would never take them.

The idea is to manage symptoms while you have the problem. It’s no different than taking supplements or any of the other drugs or methods used to help people get through the day.

The thing is they would take lyrica, many of them. Lyrica isn’t great, but it can help. Smoking weed doesn’t sound like a bad idea. I think it’s a nice idea healing from a chronic condition and some people do, but managing symptoms is important as well so I’m not against pain meds.

respectfully, I disagree, with some caveats

weed, I won't get into it, just made legal where I live

weed for the naive is a big word, as it it was/is for me

what I will say and to weeds credit is this....it is absolutely non addictive

at its roots its effects are widely variable for each user. Unless you smoke it the old school way, there is no way to measure how much you take and what the effects may be...edibles, pills, oils, gummies oh my

from personal experience, I Never touched it until I was 45, My girlfriend at the time was into it, do I tried it, smoking only, dome okay experiences, some not so good, take it or leave it....no problem leaving it, nope nothing truly addictive here

bottom line, desperation from pain recently lead me back 16 months ago, tried something called Phoenix Tears... sent me to the ER with a pulse of 165.....for 4 hours, oh not fun, did it kill my pain? who knows, so high I was dead.

now...pain clinic prescribes it for me.... Very controlled dose, from lab. thc, not for me magnifies my pain centres...cbd oil....jury is out

weed is so personal, poorly studied, dose amounts vary per individual.

In my opinion, avoid for pain. But absolutely not addictive.

I smoked it on a headache and it didn't reduce the headache pain. Another time it got rid of it, I think. It's similar to the other stuff I tried for prostatitis / CPPS pain. My individual experience isn't enough to advise for or against it.

Whatever I think you've got it the wrong way round, it is you that would benefit from smoking some joints, I think it might chill your brain out a bit and make it work better so your less aggressive to people who aren't like you.

I am perfectly calm. Without any joints.
