I have a clear/milky discharge from the tip of my penis without pain but irritation I have been diagnosed with prostatitis back in 2000 and have managed to deal with it over the years. I havent had any unprotected sex so i assumed it had to be prostatitis any advice would be welcomed

Sounds like it to me. i have read many times guys having that symptom. get on some anti-biotics and do some prostate massages a.s.a.p before it goes chronic!! all the best !! good luck!
