Post Re: Smooth Muscle Relaxation: Alternative approaches?
I've had rectal pain for years. Was diagnosed with anal fissures about 6 years ago.

My doctor thinks that because of the fissures, it sent my pelvic floor into dysfunction. So now I have the bladder urinary dysfunction along with the rectal pain. Double whammy from hell.

All the symptoms sound like prostatitis but apparently my prostate is normal.

Kratom is legal in most places and widely available, you'd have to search using google to find somewhere near you. The Thai maeng da red kratom is one of the best for pain relief. It is a bit like opioids, but has anti-inflammatory properties as well it seems. It can cause withdrawal if taken at high doses for months and not tapered, yet again, check the reddit for more information and doses etc.

Race I would consider going off the magnesium. You mentioned it wasn’t helping, and it can cause irritation of the lining of the bowel, and considering the burning you feel this could be making it worse.

Chris: yes it seems it is available at a few places near me
Madcap: I have not heard that regarding magnesium, but I will go off it for a while.
