What helped people was

  • Antibiotics
  • Phages
  • Trigger point therapy
  • Antivirals

What didn't help people was

  • Acupuncture
  • PNE surgery
  • Waiting for it to heal itsel

Extend the list, don't just discuss it.

*My case was caused by restricted tissue in the pelvis

Helped:

Specific Yoga Poses, Awareness technique to find and release tension, Full body deep tissue friction massage, pelvic floor therapy, active release technique, graston technique, dry needling to restricted areas.

My prostate inflammation and pudendal nerve irritation was caused by restrictions in the pelvis and once addressed the prostate inflammation/pudendal nerve irritation and symptoms went away.

The antibiotic Ciprofloxcin temporarily helped me but did not last.
