Post subject:  Where to go with enterococcus faecalis next? 18 months on...

Just after some advice with where to go with enterococcus faecalis, I will keep it brief has been going on over 18 months now with this issues, seen two urologist NHS one tess came back clear (but reading online the NHS equipment or methods are dated) said could not help me as my issues are in any text book he read, the private urologist said the issues were in my head, so I feel very unlucky with who I have seen recently.

If your enterococcus was sensitive to Cipro and after taking it for all that time you didn't experience relief, I'd say your tests are either in error or it's just normal bacteria down there and your cause is something else. I'd experiment with internal PT, muscle relaxers, or prescription NSAID to see if any of those provided relief. More abxs is only going to cause pain.

But I also have kidney pain like it’s a linked uti.

Not a lot of people have success with cipro, I don’t want to do anti biotics again.
