Post My route + How do deal with surgery as an option?
My current route is a 3 Tesla MRI and "nerve ultrasonic".

Let's say they find irritated nerves and want me to do surgery, should I do it?

Because according to all reputable sources, NO surgery has ever healed anyone.

I'm not sure I agree that surgery has healed "nobody"...it's certainly been the answer for some people.

One option for irritated nerves would be a nerve block - at the very least to see if the pudendal nerve is the culprit. I had one of these done almost two weeks ago as a test prior to the stim unit test. My results were mixed, it did dampen some of the pain but also caused some burning around the rectum and bladder which was annoying for about a week. It's a pretty simple procedure, mine took about 30 seconds once I was in position on the table and was completely painless. You'll need someone to drive you home...and you might want to bring a diaper as you may lose control of your bladder sphincter for several hours due to the numbing agent in the injection. I was not told this ahead of time so it made for a very embarrassing DC metro ride home from the doctor. But that's life with prostatitis...

What you are actually saying is this:
Some people who have pain between their navel and their thighs have been helped to some degree by some surgery that was based on mainly guessing by doctors.

You've been battling this condition for a long time. Don't you think that you had enough time to realize that the statement of "I have prostatitis" has no meaning?

Some don't even have pain, yet think they were all in the same boat with everyone else here, which disgusts me.

Your prostatitis is not my prostatitis is not the prostatitis of some man with a totally different background, age, fitness level and dna who allegedly was helped by some surgery, yet whenever you want to talk to those patients for verification, you get the "we cannot because of privacy reasons" - statement.

Agreeing to do a questionable treatment just because some doctor who does not know who you are says so...

Whenever the one who sells you a product is the one, who does the diagnosis, there is no reason for the diagnosis to be valid.

"So you have prostatitis(ie. some unspecified symptom), here is the cure, we do this ultra specialized treatment and you will be cured forever" should make anyone become suspicious.

Sorry I'm not sure what you're getting at.

I want you to be as precise as possible instead of referring to "prostatitis" and the fact that "surgery helped people" and the like.

Make symptoms and treatments as relatable as possible by sharing as much detail as you know.

I did this with my page that still only has 8 contributors.

Well I just gave you one option for exploration if you are diagnosed with nerve injuries (which is what you asked about in the OP) that can give valuable feedback without invasive surgery.

I talked to a doctor once about that and he told me about patients who killed themselves because a doctor hit another nerve with the needle when trying to apply a nerve block.
In my experience, once a nerve block works, they want to invite you for surgery. If it doesn't work, they want to invite you for surgery. What are your experiences?
