Post Could it be muscle related?
Hi!

I've been reading into the theory that prostatitis could be solved out by working the muscles and trigger points (A headache in the pelvis style). I already bought a book and a foam roller to get started. BUT I'm just wondering could my case be muscle related because my prostate is very sore on palpation (doctor checked it). Do you think I will benefit from doing the whole trigger point and physiotherapy protocol? Furthermore, I'm concerned if internal triggerpoint therapy can be harmful since my prostate is already so tender. What do you think?
