Post Recurring bacterial infection? Could be micro cysts
You can catch upto date with my story by seeing my posts by clicking my username on here, but to update if you are having recurring infection after course of antibiotics, micro cysts could be the problem. I have had 3 US scans and only on the 3rd one were small cycts picked up on the epididymis, my original condition was caused by chlamydia and I have been left with a stubborn e coli infection. My next discussion will be to remove the cysts or larger ones then try fosfomycin. PDF study link below:

Does the infection clear and come back ? Or never clears? The chlamydia is eradicated?

Test have show the chlamydia has gone, but soon after epididmytus on my right testi followed I believed which was caused by the chlamydia. I have in pain and since then just a dull ache, cysts on right epididmyi, I believe this wont clear until the cysts are removed which is my next course of action.

I've eaten doxycycline for 7 days and azithromycin for 3 days to clear up any infection related to chlamydia.

I have a cyst in my left testicle and had chlamydia two or more times before.

I still don't know if my chlamydia is resistant to doxycycline and azithromycin or not, but I asked my doctor if there were any other antibiotics then those two to clear up a chlamydia infection and she said no, so I guess if your chlamydia is resistant to both doxy and azithro you're screwed.
