Post Hot-water bottle/bag
When I still had pain in the tip of my penis and my perineum, my girlfriend recommended to put a hot-water bottle there because that is what she did, when she had pain in her vagina or with her bladder. So I boiled water, filled the hot-water bottle with it and put the hot-water bottle between my legs and because the pain in the tip of my penis and my perineum wonderfully waned as long as the hot-water bottle was there, I left the hot-water bottle there. I did that a few nights and after that the pain in the tip of my penis(throbbing type, could be due to an infection) went away and did not come back. Then I also stopped using the hot-water bottle. But I started having paresthesia all over my genitals, perineuum and anal region, as if there was a coat on top of my skin. Unfortunately, it has been like that for 1.5 years.

Every single doctor I talked to and told this said, that the feeling of a coat and paresthesia comes from an infection with herpes or similar and is not related to the hot-water bottle application.

But let's put any infection with Herpes, Gonorrhoe or similar mentally aside and assume it came only from the hot-water bottle.

Which exercises and nutrition could I try to resolve this?

Ho long did it take for the perineum pain to go away? My penis pain is mostly gone but the pain I get in the perineum is there every day. I work a sit down job which seems to make it worse by the end of the day. I just ordered an Aeron chair hoping that will help. Are there any supplements you're aware of that will take away the perineum pain?

You could try internal stretching with the Therawand or your finger. It really seems to help some people.

So you recommend stretching of the internal area, not necessarily trigger point pressing? How deep should I go?
