Dr Pavlos georgiadis from Athens Greece

I been treated by him and cured. He uses a special prostate massage technique that he has developed that uses finger pressure in unblocking prostate. Clears blocked acini, altrechosis in prostate and penile nerves improve micro circulation and brings robustness to erections. He told me he has 75 year old men who after his massages have good erections. Men with bph who now have normal sized prostates. He tells me tight pelvic floor muscles are a symptom of chronic inflammation and treating the chronic inflammation cures the tight pelvjc floor muscles and that the stanford pelvic floor protocol fir cpps is just focusing on treating the symptom not the root cause of tight pelvic floor muscles which is chronic inflammation of prostate gland.

Here is his website where he explains the disease and his treatment . ... rostatitis

Mo, did he do any culturing to see if you had a bacterial infection? If so, what species did he find? What antibiotics did he use in combination with the massages?

He did the express prostate secretion and had prostate fluid sample tested by mycolab in greece. He also asked me to give semen to mycolab which was also tested fir bacteria and to check quality of semen. He also asked them to do a pcr test on fluid samples which i was told shows and looks for bacteria dna or atoms i dont understand?? But its a specialist test and after it all he found enterrecocus faceillias and amounts chlamidiya.

He treated with azythromycyin amoxycillin doxycyline and the quinolones ciprofloxacin oxyfloxacin tabrin along with his specialist massage. Most my inflammation and bacteria colonies he determined from transrectal ultrasound were near my urethra so he concentrated his massages on that area.

His consultation and ultrasound testing, urine flowmetery along with express prostate secretion was 200 euros. Mycolab laboratory bacteria testing was 200 euros as i had many tests including semen analysis, prostate fluid tested, semen tested, pcr test. Then it was 2 massages a day morning and evening at 50 euros each. The rest of the cost was antibiotic medicine which is fairly cheap in greece. I stayed in hostels in shared dorms and cost averaged at around 15 euros a day mostly including breakfast. I treated it as a vacation. However if i had to go again i would simply rent a room or a flat which im told can be had for arounf 100 -200 euris a month and is near to dr surgery which is a lot cheaoer than the shared hostels. It was a vacation and i tried the treatment and it cured me. Im glad i did it.

I'm assuming there's not many other testimonials from these doctor's patients in europe because it is mainly american people in this forum. Anyone know of any European forum's?

Sounds like this doctors approach is right on the money. In Russia, they do a similar method to clear prostatitis. Antibiotics with daily prostate massage, and walking 3 miles per day as well.

I agree. I spoke with him over e-mail just now, seems the most dedicated and thorough in reaching a cure for each patient. Most Doctors give up or find that significant improvement is enough. Talk is cheap but his website has a link to a blog with Testimonials, if they are legitimate and judging by his extremely thorough response I would probably opt to be treated by him but his earliest appointment is September. Might try injections first and then go to him after if they did not work.

Dr Levent's Facebook page shows all his patients being cured, but again it's difficult finding English testimonials and trusting them like we find on this forum. Waiting for a email response from him. Also Dr Levent is in Istanbul, anyone know how safe it is there? Alternatively I am deciding between Dr Bahn or Dr Guercini, it's a tough call. They seem to have similar success/failure rates.

More men should be posting their success/failure after treatment on blogs/forums.

Georgiadis also said there's a major difference between prostatic pressure and prostate massages. Reasons most massages don't work long-term is because they are not rigorous enough. He performs prostatic pressure twice daily. He also then does intraprostatic injection at the very end.

It is so frustating that there is like one guy who knows how to treat this effectively in the whole world. How the hell is that?

Wish he had a manual I could take to my uro. My uro is open minded but clueless.

Prostatitis4000 what are you symptoms, have you had a postive bacterial culture?

I am in total agony, god I wish there were 100 of him in every major US city, why there aren't eludes my simple mind, why isn't this type of stuff standard protocol in US and abroad, criminal and mind boggling.

I stayed for a month the first time. Then couple of months later, I stayed another month. Did 2 months in total. At end of the first month the test showed enterrecocus was finished but very low levels of chlamydia remained. I then did another month to be certain.

The massage is pressure based. Its not really a massage its hard pressure. He developed his unique way of unblocking prostate and no other dr does this to my knowledge. He clears everything with his prostatic pressure. No need for viagra after these pressure massages as the penile nerves altrechosis are unblocked and blood flow is optimized. I remember having an erection of a teenager after my month long therapy once he cleared everything. He has 75 year old men who have solid erections after his therapy. Some men do the pressure massages only for erectile dysfunction. But the massages do so much more.

Satch, when I first got a bacterial infection all it showed was white blood cells, and an unknown bacteria. I treated it with Doxy for 3 weeks. My symptoms then (5 years ago) were discharge, pain upon urination/ejaculation, urinary frequency, etc. I reacted fairly quick as I knew it was from unprotected sex so I went to my Doctor and started on anti-biotics within a couple days.

I luckily don't have pain, but I have not had one full night's sleep in 5 years. Extreme urgency wakes me up, even with the Elavil I take at bedtime. The other main symptom is Scrotodynia, which I believe is due to nerve inflammation and/or blood circulation being cut off. After I had sex 6 months ago my symptoms got twice as bad, and now I have a very mild form of Balanitis.

Even with the symptoms worsening and a new symptom, all my urine culture and semen analysis and blood tests are coming back negative, which is quite common. Just want to get rid of this!!!

If you are in that much pain, I'd try injections. I am not even going to waste my time with a massage, I'd likely only do that with Dr Georgidias since he does pressure instead.

It shocks me how arrogant and lazy doctors are, not just with this condition but with many chronic conditions! You don't have thousands of men imagining the same symptoms for decades and not having something real happening.

As a Doctor, they are there to help people - if they can't look beyond Plan A in treating a condition they should get out of the profession!!!! It is sickening, but hopefully eventually there will be a mainstream cure.

I've done nine injections with Dr. Toth with some improvement. My doc did five more injections but I don't think the cocktail was the right meds.

I am unable to travel to California or I would go see Bahn. He seems to do a better targeting job.

Will do, but to know if I'm really cured I must wait for maybe even a year to see if there is any relapse.

true, but I'm sure many on this board would be interested in hearing about the treatment, what he did in terms of diagnostics, and what he finds (Bacteria-wise). Thanks

If I can't get help this summer I'll be considering a trip to Greece as well. Please keep us updated Vinnie!

I've only had this for 4 months and I don't want to live in constant discomfort.

Labmonkey, sadly most of time we have to live with it for quite awhile, before it gets better. Expect it to at least last a year and a half. This disorder puts up a hell of a fight. patience in the face of suffering, a true test of will indeed. never set your hopes too high on a single treatment majority of times they will be crushed, still worth trying of course. This disorder sucks... hopefully it won't last that long for you but it seems a year and a half is about the minimum length for most people. 1 to 3 years seems to be the common length to recovery. that being said i hope im wrong but this crap has kinda beat the optimism out of me. best of luck to you.

I have had for about 8 year's the longer you have it more difficult to cure and symptoms get worse. First and second time I was treated with antibiotics I thought I was going to be fine and cured, little did I know that it was going to haunt me for the rest of my life.

Thanks for letting us know! That was my fear due to lack of "legitimate" testimony. People are desperate and want to believe it. I found in another forum about BPH patients that he did nothing for them. At first sight I liked his thorough responses and knowledge about the condition, but upon further research into his patients and treatment, as well as instinct and the process itself he undergoes in treating people it does not seem right. I for one would rather not have someone pressuring my prostate twice a day and undergoing such an awkward and painful experience, let alone without any significant improvement after all of it.. Appreciate the post!
