Microscopic Urine - Few Bacteria - Culture Negative.

 Microscopic Urine - Few Bacteria - Culture Negative. So recently I had test for UA using microscopic whatever that is and listed Few under "bacteria" but my Urine Cultures have always being negative. What's the deal with that?
I even had a prostate massage that had no growth for anarobic / aerobic.
What does few bacteria mean?

Re: Microscopic Urine - Few Bacteria - Culture Negative. Give the processing lab a call, they keep records for about 48-72 hours after a culture, at least mine did. Was really irritating finding out they didn't keep them longer than that though.

Re: Microscopic Urine - Few Bacteria - Culture Negative. I think Inflamed is right, it is best to push for the expressed prostate excretion test.
Look we keep saying the same things on this forum, what I have seen on other forums is there are stickies which have this information.
Maybe we could put together a list of things to try and/ or what to ask the urologist for. I.E. expressed prostate excretion test, physiotherapy/mysofascial release, investigation of gut problems and treatment. Then people can see that first!
What about that?
