Post Is possible to clean the prostate via urethra?
I'm suffering a mild conjunctivitis since one month ago and the general doctor advised me to clean my eyes with a saline solution. I have been wondering if it's possible to clean and disinfecting the prostate in the same way via urethra. I suspect my prostate inflammation is affecting more the inside zone because it's not enlarged and when I ejaculate I feel a lot of stinging there. I think that maybe it's possible to clean that zone via urethra with a saline solution or maybe bicarb with water (I even thought about water with peppermint oil but it would be too burning).

Now, I don't know if doing that alone would be dangerous. Has anybody tried this? Is it possible? Is it inadvisable? Why?

Just my opinion, but if your suggesting "cleansing" the urethra by flushing out, by somehow forcing fluid in from the tip of your penis i feel your asking for a heap of trouble. infection, nick or small cuts increased inflammation etc.

I had Dr. Toth's urethral catheter flagyl treatment, it didn't help me. His direct injections helped for a month or so though.

Inflamed, why Flagyl? Did they find trichomonas or any anaerobic bacteria in your urine or semen? I'm now taking Flagyl orally but I haven't noticed any changes. I would say that this is in it's worst moments.

Anyway, I mean cleaning it by yourself, without doing something too dangerous. I wonder if it's possible. If the affected part of the prostate is the one that is in the urehtra's inside skin it could work, I guess.
